Rhyddings Park Jubilee Rose Sculpture Trail

16.12.2022 - after months of waiting and planning and having to deal with the rain, the shortage of tree surgeons, then winter making it's mark, we have finally finally had our grand opening of our sculpture trail!!

Leaflet / Guide available in the Coach House.

And despite today's wintery weather with icy conditions, cars breaking down, travelling difficulties by road and rail,  - we had a wonderful turn out. Sara Britcliffe MP kindly cut the ribbon held by two of our lovely volunteers - Sharon and Gordon .

With a much shortened (for safety reasons) walk to see some of the sculptures, we cheerfully returned to the warmth of the café for scones, strawberries & cream and mince pies. With every seat in the café taken, Ann with help from Lewis handed out steaming mugs of tea and coffee which were most welcome indeed !
