May 18th 2020 sees the start of Mental Health Awareness Week - all things being equal, we would have had events in the Coach House to support people to reflect on their own mental well being and how to manage mental health.
But things aren't equal at the moment as we are amidst the COVID 19 public health crisis.
It is more important now more than ever that we look after ourselves - our physical, mental and social well being.
As always we support and promote the NHS 5 Steps to well being

We have been reflecting on all that is offered and available at the Coach House & Kitchen Garden - how the community events programmes supports the NHS 5 Steps to well being - pop over and take a look
We are doing as much as we can online for now - we hope it will not be long before we can reopen the Coach House and kitchen Garden & get the Community Events Programme back up and running (with social distancing and safety measures of course)
Be this week, please take care of you, ask for help if you need it and stay safe.
